These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," "your") and Manubhai Jewellers ("we," "us," "our"), a fine jewellery establishment located at Shop No 10, Capital Market Complex, Connaught Place, New Delhi, Delhi 110001, India (Mobile: +91 97225 88889 | Email: info@manubhaijewellers.shop).

By making a purchase, placing a custom order, visiting our store, using our website, or engaging with any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms supersede all prior oral or written communications between you and Manubhai Jewellers regarding the subject matter herein, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will be effective from the date of publication on our website or notice to you. Continued engagement with our services following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

Manubhai Jewellers offers the following products and services:

• Sale of gold, diamond, platinum, silver and gemstone jewellery
• Bespoke and custom jewellery design and manufacturing
• Jewellery repair, resizing, polishing and restoration services
• Jewellery valuation and certification assistance
• Bridal jewellery consultation and selection services
• Old gold exchange programmes

All jewellery sold by us is hallmarked by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) unless otherwise specified at the time of sale. Diamond jewellery comes with certificates from recognised international grading laboratories (GIA, IGI, or SGL) as applicable.

Product images, photographs and descriptions on any promotional material are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of fine jewellery, variations in precious metal batches, and natural characteristics of gemstones.

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated. Gold jewellery prices are subject to daily gold rate fluctuations as published by the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) and the standard making charges applicable at the time of sale.

We accept the following modes of payment:

• Cash (subject to applicable limits under Indian income tax regulations)
• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express)
• UPI payments (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm and other UPI apps)
• Bank transfers / NEFT / RTGS for high-value transactions
• Cheque (subject to clearance before delivery)

In compliance with the Income Tax Act, 1961, transactions involving cash payment of ₹2,00,000 (Rupees Two Lakhs) or above require the customer's PAN card. The Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) KYC requirements apply for high-value purchases as mandated by law.

Quoted prices for custom jewellery orders are valid for 7 days from the date of quotation and are subject to change based on prevailing gold and gemstone prices.

For ready-to-wear jewellery, ownership transfers to the customer upon full payment and physical delivery.

Custom Jewellery Orders: Custom orders require a non-refundable advance payment of a minimum 30% to 50% of the total order value at the time of order confirmation. The advance confirms your order and allows us to procure specific materials for your piece.

• Custom orders typically take 15 to 45 working days to complete, depending on the complexity of the design
• You will be provided with design previews (sketch or CAD rendering) for your approval before production commences
• Once the design has been approved and production has commenced, design changes are not possible without incurring additional charges
• The final balance must be paid in full before delivery or collection of the completed piece
• Advance payments for custom orders are non-refundable if the order is cancelled after production has begun

We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order at our discretion. In such cases, any amounts paid will be refunded in full within 7 working days.

At Manubhai Jewellers, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. Our returns and exchange policy is as follows:

Ready-to-Wear Jewellery:

• Exchange is available within 30 days of purchase, provided the jewellery is in its original condition, unworn, with all original documentation and packaging
• Cash refunds are not available; we offer store credit or exchange of equal or higher value
• Making charges are non-refundable for exchange transactions
• Jewellery that has been worn, resized, altered or damaged is not eligible for exchange

Custom Jewellery:

• Custom jewellery made to your specific specifications is non-returnable and non-exchangeable
• If there is a manufacturing defect, we will rectify it at no charge

Gifted Jewellery: Original receipts must be presented for any exchange or service request.

Manubhai Jewellers offers the following warranty and service guarantees with every purchase:

• Manufacturing Defect Warranty: We guarantee all jewellery against manufacturing defects for 1 year from the date of purchase. This covers structural defects, setting failures and clasp/hook malfunctions under normal wear conditions.
• Gold Purity Guarantee: All gold jewellery is guaranteed to meet the BIS Hallmarking standards at the time of sale. We maintain complete transparency in gold purity certification.
• Diamond Certification: All diamonds sold come with their respective grading certificates from the issuing laboratory. We stand by the authenticity of all certifications.
• Lifetime Services: We offer free cleaning, polishing and prong inspection for the lifetime of jewellery purchased from us. Simply bring your piece to our store for a complimentary service appointment.
• Resizing Service: We offer one complimentary ring resizing within 3 months of purchase, subject to the design permitting safe resizing.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, or unauthorised alterations by third parties.

All intellectual property associated with Manubhai Jewellers, including but not limited to our brand name, logo, jewellery designs, photographs, website content, catalogue materials, marketing collateral and trade dress, is the exclusive property of Manubhai Jewellers and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.

You are strictly prohibited from reproducing, copying, distributing, selling, or creating derivative works from any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property constitutes an infringement and we reserve the right to take all appropriate legal action.

When you commission a custom jewellery design through us, while you own the physical jewellery, Manubhai Jewellers retains all intellectual property rights in the underlying design, unless a separate written agreement expressly transfers such rights to you.

By providing your contact information and checking the communication consent checkbox, you expressly agree to receive communications from Manubhai Jewellers via SMS, email, OBD calls, Google RCS and WhatsApp for the purpose of sharing information about your services, special offers, exclusive events, new collections and other promotional content.

You may withdraw your marketing communications consent at any time without affecting the legality of processing based on your prior consent or any transactional communications related to your purchases and services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Manubhai Jewellers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your purchase or use of our products and services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of value of jewellery due to changes in gold or gemstone market prices after purchase
• Damage to jewellery arising from accidents, negligence, or improper care by the customer
• Any delay in delivery of custom orders due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure events)
• Loss or theft of jewellery left with us for repair — though we take all reasonable precautions and maintain appropriate insurance

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the purchase price paid by you for the specific jewellery item giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Manubhai Jewellers and its proprietors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your misrepresentation of any information provided to us
• Any third-party claim arising from your conduct in connection with our products or services

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable statutes. The courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms.

In the event of any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or any transaction with Manubhai Jewellers, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may resort to formal legal proceedings.

Customers also have the right to approach the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission in New Delhi under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 for consumer-related grievances.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Manubhai Jewellers regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

Force Majeure: We shall not be held liable for failure to perform any obligation under these Terms if such failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, or public health emergencies.

Relationship: Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and Manubhai Jewellers.
